If you are not pleased with any item purchased from us, you can request a return authorization number within 14 days of purchase by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the details of your order, reasons for the request, and indicate if you would like a refund or replacement. Returned items must be unused in original packaging and in the same condition as shipped. Once inspected, your refund/credit or replacement will be for the full amount paid, less shipping and handling charges if you have requested a replacement. You will not receive a refund/credit on items from a box or bundle that have been used, just the unused portion that have been returned.
